Ferraz Shawmut A30QS400
Ferraz Shawmut A30QS400-4 This is a semiconductor fuse for use between battery pack and controller on smaller systems. This fuse will do up to 1000 amps for brief accelerations.

Cable Gland PG21
Liquid tight strain relief connector. This is the perfect way to pass 1/0 or 2/0 cable through a bulkhead or battery box wall without chafing or cutting insulation.
Made of Polyamide 6 and neoprene this provides an IP68 water tight seal as well as protection from sharp edges. Resistant to salt water, weak acids, weak alkalis, alcohol, ester, ketones, gasoline, mineral oil and good from -30 to +80C with intermittent to 150C.
Inner diameter adjusts from 0.35 to 0.63 inches. Perfect size for 1/0 or 2/0 shielded cable. This gland will also work to protect our braided nylon AN6 coolant hose.

This is a very nearly identical version of the Pierburg CW50 pump from China at a lower price. Currently used on Audi/VW.
18-36 to 12vdc DC-DC Converter
This DC-DC converter is ideal to generate clean 12v power for our Tesla Model S battery module controller and associated circuitry. The input range of 18-36vdc is ideal for a single Tesla Model S 24v battery module. Output is 12v at up to 50w (4.36 amps). We have actually tested this on two modules at 50v quite successfully.

1.8 kW TCCH CAN Controlled Charger 18-66v
This is a great little CAN controlled charger for Tesla Model S battery Modules. It can charge from 18 to 66 volts at up to 25 amps and 1.8kw. Uses either 120vac (700 watts) or 240vac (1800 watts) input. And so it is perfect for single modules charging to 25 volts or a 48v system charging to 51 volts.
4AN to 6AN Bulkead Adapter
4AN to 6AN Bulkhead Adapter. We use these to mount in the wall of a cabinet. It allows us to connect the 4AN hose on the inside of the cabinet that connects to Tesla battery module cooling fittings.
We put the 6AN side on the outside allowing us to connect larger coolant hoses externally with the pump and heater or heat exchanger.
